Back and Better Than Ever

Personal update: On May 19, I received my Master of Laws in Estate Planning from John Marshall Law School. I will always be thankful for the impact that this institution has had on my educational journey. I have been on a six-month hiatus from blogging because I was completing this degree. And with that said, hello again!

Legal update: It is July 1st, which means that today new laws are being enforced, re-enforced, or have been passed and will go into effect on January 1st, 2020. I welcome any suggestions for topics that you may be interested in hearing more about.
